The Bochu BLT 310 Laser Cutting Head is a cost-effective, lightweight, and impact-resistant solution featuring advanced intelligent sensors for real-time monitoring, rapid diagnosis, and instant warnings, ideal for medium and low power laser cutting applications.
Key Features of BLT 310 Laser Cutting Heads
The cutting head water circuit is protected with an anti-corrosion coating to prevent corrosion over prolonged use, which can lead to blockages and reduced cooling effectiveness.
One-click pressure calibration ensures continuity of quality. Gas pressure detection before turning on laser helps to prevent windows breakdown caused by insufficient pressure.
Integrated capacitance amplifier sensor makes a more precise and stable following.
Focal position vertically adjusted by collimating lens, realizing higher efficiency.
Protective Screws keep cutting head from damage. No time wasting on Depot Repair.
Protective Window Temperature Sensor: Real time temperature monitoring to limit risk of protective window shattering, enhance processing stability.
