Laser Cutting Head
The BLT 4 Series comprises intelligent laser cutting heads engineered for medium-power laser cutting applications. Featuring a rugged and lightweight design, they integrate multiple sets of advanced sensors to provide real-time closed-loop monitoring, enabling rapid diagnostics and instantaneous fault detection alerts.
Key Features of BLT 4 Series Laser Cutting Heads
Optimized Water Cooling system. Covers 90% of the optical path, providing full-body cooling for the cutting head.
With AB swing axis can support cutting V, Y, X and other types of bevels, maximum ±45° bevel and one time forming, reducing beveling process, reducing cost and increasing efficiency.
Rapid Focus-Collimation Response. Accelerated response in focus-collimation reduces idle time and ensures a smoother, more efficient cutting experience
Minimizes user losses and enables rapid production recovery.
Monitor the contamination to avoid its impact on cutting quality.
