The Lower Protective Window Cartridge suitable for Bochu BLT 4 Series and 6 Series Laser Cutting Heads is a critical protective module designed to shield the internal lens and optical components from debris, dust, and damage during high-power laser cutting. It features advanced contamination and temperature sensors for real-time monitoring, enabling the system to detect lens pollution and overheating, and to promptly stop the laser and alert operators to prevent damage. The cartridge incorporates built-in amplification for enhanced anti-interference ability and is sealed tightly to maintain optimal cutting stability. Equipped with full-body water cooling that covers up to 90% of the cutting head, it improves heat dissipation and cutting precision. Durable protective screws safeguard against mechanical damage, ensuring longer service life and reliable performance in laser power ranges up to 40 kW.
